Brea, CA--CSG Published Workplace Health and Safety Training to promote workers’ rights.
Training programs are a critical aspect of ensuring safe and healthful workplaces based on Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations standards.
Workers’ Rights advocates remind employers to consider the human cost at stake without effective training for workplace health and safety. OSHA is committed to ensuring “workers return to their families in the same condition they began their day.” OSHA Workers’ Rights standards help to ensure a safe workplace.
Federal OSHA provides these rights:
Ask OSHA to inspect their workplace,
Use their rights under the law without retaliation and discrimination,
Receive information and training about hazards, methods to prevent harm, and the OSHA standards that apply to their workplace,
Get copies of test results done to find hazards in the workplace,
Review records of work-related injuries and illnesses,
Get copies of their own medical records.
