Contract Services Group (CSG) receives The Giles-O'Malley Center for Leadership of California State University, Fullerton Excellence in Leadership Development Award.
On May 3, 2024, CSG proudly accepted the Excellence in Leadership Development award at Cal State Fullerton's 13th annual Leadership Awards ceremony. Receiving this award is a testament to the collective efforts of every individual within our organization. It is a reflection of our shared commitment to our team members, excellence, and continuous improvement.
The Excellence in Leadership Development Award honors exceptional organizations in Orange County or Southern California, which have demonstrated excellence in developing human capital through innovative organizational policies and leadership development programs.
CSG's Executive Vice President, JD Shafer, was honored to accept this award on behalf of the company. "As a commercial cleaning company it is an honor to accept an award as prestigious as this leadership award, it is not often we get to share our secrets", said JD.
The secrets he speaks of have little to do with the finest cleaning tools or mastering techniques for impeccable floors. Instead, the "secrets" of CSG's success stem from our company culture. We prioritize our team members and their development.
